● Data Collection
We collect and process the following categories of data strictly for service delivery:
● Data Residency
By default, data for European clients is processed and stored exclusively within the EU-Central-1 (Frankfurt) region. US clients are served via US-East-1 (N. Virginia). We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for any cross-border data transfer.
Log Retention
Message logs (including headers and delivery status) are retained for a rolling period of 90 days to facilitate incident debugging and compliance auditing. After this period, logs are cryptographically erased.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on Legitimate Interest (fraud prevention, network security) and Contractual Necessity (delivering the alerts you configured via API).
